When will I have my growth spurt?

You have many growth spurts during your life time, from the time you're born until about the age of 17-19 but theres no way to predict when or at what age you'll have one. I had a growth spurt at age 17 and another smaller one at 18 1/2, the last one coming while I was in navy Boot Camp. Growth hormone is usually released at night when you're sleeping for just a few minutes but it does the job as it's designed to do.
