HELP 17 year old with penis problem?

i turned 17 in april an i have a small penis it 3" non erect and about 4.5"-5.2" an im a virgin and i cant speak to girls cus of what they will say about it! i have pubis hair and hair on my chest and armpits and facial hair. im judt wondering if it will still grow or not and if there enything that will help it grow?
