Will my friend always be a small kid?

my best friend is always making fun of me that his penis is bigger than mine. but i kinda dont believe him because he is lower than 5 feet and im 5' 3" and HE he has a very high voice and i dont and he has small feet and hands and ears. very small and he claims that his dick id bigger than mine. he does have a little arm pit hair and i dont but i have a **** load of leg and arm hair with a good amount of pubes. im not sure if his is bigger than mine. btw mines 2" soft and 3.5" erect and he claims that his is 3" soft and 4.5" erect. so tell me and be onest who wins me (jon) or my friend. be honest but i feel like he will win. i dont know if i will but will he always be small and stuff like that?
