Skype to go Question: I am so confused!?

First, make sure you have Internet when you need to call someone on Skype! If you turn off services that turns off your 3G so you'll need a real WiFi connection. Second, your Skype number can call any phone number whether it be a Skype number or a Cell phone number. Third, I'm pretty sure an overseas call using your regular phone number would cost extra.
