I have a question about puberty?

Since hair is not growing on your face, you are still going through puberty. You should grow facial hair by the age of 21, which is the average age for a guy to finish going through puberty. As far as the face that is not "manly" it's ok to have. I also have a face that makes me look as if I am still a kid. In the future, when we are in our 30s-40s, we will benefit lol.
