Is hairless labia normal?

I'm just wondering if this is normal. I'm 15yo but fairly physically developed, I started growing pubic hair when I was 10 and menstruating when I was 11. But the thing is I only have pubic hair on my mons pubis, I have none on my labia at all (not that I can see in a mirror anyway, if there is any it must be very fine).
