In Texas a tenant has filed for Bankruptcy after the Eviction has been won, what do I do now?

The tenants still have to leave according to the eviction but if they included the 3585.00 they owe you on the bankruptcy filing then you probably wont get that money back. Thats it. So get their buts out of there and get some real paying tenants in so you guys can recoup some of your losses. Unfortunately this is going to happen more often now in this economy. People just cant afford to live.
