I need help pleaseeee, it's a personal question about my body.?

Well me and my boyfriend have been going out for awhile now and im ready to do stuff with him. But theres just one problem my mons pubis is fat , i have a pouch like shape and im very self conscious about my body and im always trying to hide it . There has been times while we were making out that he would start feeling down there and i would just move his hand cause i feel uncomfortable. I know he wouldn't leave me for this , but i find this embarrasing when he finds out what should i do?
