Different color down there than one's actual 'hair color'?

I'm an ex-ginger (ahah) but yeah..the only thing you can't (or shouldn't) dye, is your pubes... So I was wondering ahaha.. What do you guys/girls think of red pubes o:? Very weird question indeed, I know. But I once dated a guy and a girl who turned out to have lied about their natural hair color...and yeah you can guess how I found that out... So yeah..what do you guys think of people who lie about their natural color which you basically you wouldn't know until you'd go into their pants o: Kay... Thanks I guess, lol
