Can you be sued twice for same debt in oregon?

I wasn't served in the FIRST place then after a year of finding this info out. we lost due to default of not showing up. I am in another state in the midwest. We were sent a writ of garnishment in the mail at his work but it went to us instead of payroll office. but it says on there that the writ is only valid for 60 days and it is has been almost 7 months. what i want to know is can he get a new writ of garnishment on us? or can he file a whole new claim on us?
