14 year old pubic hair shaving questions...?

I'm 14 and about 5 months ago I shaved my pubes for the first time. It took about a week to get stubble. I was trimming for the last month, and yesterday I shaved again. Why was it that today I found stubble? Does this mean that the second time my pubes come back in faster. How long will it be till normal length (last time it was like 2 months).
